1. Agreement to Terms & EULA
Welcome to Daily Korean. By accessing our web application, installing our Progressive Web App (PWA), or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and this End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. End User License Agreement (EULA)
Daily Korean grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security parameters of the application.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or harm the application servers, database system, or service performance.
Daily Korean reserves the right to suspend or terminate your user account immediately and without prior notice if you violate any of these rules.
3. Educational Content Disclaimer
All study lists, vocabulary words, examples, and study materials provided within Daily Korean are for general educational purposes. While we strive to maintain high-quality and grammatically correct translations, all content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding correctness, accuracy, or completeness.
4. Free Access & Voluntary Donations
Daily Korean is completely free to use. All study materials, review sessions, and endless quizzes are fully unlocked for all registered users without subscription fees or paywalled content.
If you wish to support the hosting and maintenance costs of this project, you may optionally make a voluntary donation of any amount through our integrated Stripe donation link. All donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not grant any premium features, special privileges, or exclusive rights.
5. Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to game dev operations.
